HEy so heading to the junk yard. Just wondering from anyones experience what to snag up. I don't really need anything right away but hoping to find some gems possibly.

Like I said i don't need anything right now, just going to go look and see what is left on the cherokee's they have there. diamonds in the rough could be racks to tires and rims to sensors, to aftermarket parts, bumpers.

 

Well seems like all that stuff would be pretty self explanatory. No one knows what your yard has, kinda hard to help.

Get all dana 35 axles.

 

Did you find anything good?

Dana 44, tire carrier, tow hooks, skid plates, any lift parts

 

Not really, they had 5 cherokee's oldest was a 92 i believe newest was a 97. They had a 2 door that was barely touched with a 4.0 HO. I didn't get under them to check axles. That is going to be a future project when i have more space and not just a parking spot. lol....why do you say get all dana 35's. This is my first project ever so I am learning.

 

It was a joke. Dana 35 axles are called turdy-fives for a reason.

Desirable axles are dana 44's and Chrysler 8.25 with 29 splines.
