Default Jks sway bar bushing install

So I need to put these inbmy sway bars. What can I use to put them in? I really just wanna take them off but I am on the highway everyday was not sure if that was a good idea.but of anyone knows how to put these in since they are pretty hard to pop in.let me know

Put them in the freezer for a few hours then press them in.
