haven't heard doesn't mean not practical. depends on the skill level. i don't think anybody's gonna just sell you new rails. you'll have to make them. measure the distance from everything to everything you can get your hands on.
first of all, how bad are they bent? can u take pictures?
squeaks would mainly mean that the leaf hangers are not running parallel to each other. but i could be wrong.
either way, if you're not lifting it, more than likely it won't be worth further investment.

and, please don't be a douche and sell somebody a vehicle with a bent body without telling them EXACTLY how dangerous it could get. the next time that vehicle gets hit, the damage could be a whole lot more severe because of already bent links. they could be buying a vehicle that is gonna equip a child.
a couple of benjamins ain't worth people praying that you drop dead. heck a boatload of benjamins ain't worth that.
