Default JCR Offroad Question

Don't take this as an "I'm upset," post. I'm not, I'm just curious about how long this takes.

So I ordered a bumper on March 8th. Their site says bumpers leave the facility 10-12 business days max. Today is day 12. I've checked my order status a couple of different times online and all it says is "in process." Do I go ahead and contact them or just wait it out?

Anyone else who's ordered from JCR, what's your average wait time?

I ordered a bumper and it was at my door 2 days later. (When i lived in IL)

Just call them. No point in asking this question on a forum.

Why not? I'd rather not bother them if I don't have to. Just thought I'd get a sense of how long it normally takes.

I agree. They have great customer service, and they pay someone to answer the phone so by not calling you could be putting someone's job at risk lol.

I will say that JCR makes good products, I have quite a few things from them, but they have been slipping the last few months. They are always very apologetic and they do make it right, but they are still slipping.

They are very good about getting back by email/PM as well if you don't want to call. And for what it's worth, it took about 3 full weeks for me to receive some upper quarter panel armor. I ordered back in February. When I got it, it was missing some hardware. Just nuts and bolts, so nothing a quick trip to home depot couldn't solve. But I agree they have been slipping recently in the past few months.

I'm starting to agree with the last few of you guys in this thread. I called... it was 4 times before someone picked up.

When I finally talked to someone they said it would be Friday at the earliest before it would ship out. That would be 15 days from the time I ordered it. Their site says 10-12 days max on all bumper orders. So even if all goes according to plan, they'd still be late by 3 full work days. Everything I've heard about JCR has been great, and this is my first order with them, so I guess we'll see.

It's tax refund time too, so they are most likely swamped and orders will be delayed.

I would ask for a free shirt and hat because of the wait or a discount on my next order if it was me.Yeah it is tax time so im sure they are busy like the mall at christmas time.
