You know I was chatting with a cop next to my doorless XJ and he said I can't drive like that. I told him under the state's rules of the road book, it only mentions the need of a single mirror (rear view). His response was it's unsafe if I'm driving a passenger and he's not wearing his belt and falls out in a turn. Then said I could get a ticket and have it towed. I checked with some other friends in the area who drive their Cherokees with no doors and they've never had an issue. I've also been doing this for the last 2 summers and this was the first time it's ever been brought up.

For some reason there are two doorless Nissan Leafs near me. one has the drivers door missing, the other has both doors missing and a bar tacked on to keep from falling out ..I guess. And ghetto rigged mirrors
