I wouldn't go crazy like your saying. But I wield upgrade to the zj tie rods and such that way you'll get a little bit bigger ends and they're easy to come by. That way it will handle the trails and the dd

That would make sense. It seem like I ll go down this route instead of the IRO tie rod.

How much bigger is the zj ends?

like I was saying, cheap out or go with a full 1 ton system there really shouldn't be much of a middle ground unless it's cheap or free. and cheaping out isn't a bad thing in this case. I'm running a zj tie rod from the junk yard on 35" tires. it holds up to all my abuse. $20 and pretty damn stout. buy brand new if you plan on keeping it. I went junk yard because I had no long term plans for it. but it's done it's job. either one works the IRO one would be fine too I'm sure

Just get the driveworks brand zj tie rod, adjuster sleeve, and TRE.
Go ahead and get new grade 8 bolts and replace the crappy ones that come on the adj sleeve, they strip instantly (all 3 times ive bought one they strip).

Google advance auto coupon..
I got all that stuff, a pair of mechanix gloves, and some shop towels for like 55 dollars.

I think the coupon code was a124..but its been a while.

Will (94XjSport94) may know.. I text him teh code a while back.
