woah woah woah. old interior has character. the newer style looks cheaply made and reminds me of a mini van
but I've never seen anyone do it.
take into consideration things like wiring, air vents, air bag, what it bolts into, etc.
I think youd have to tear out every part of your old one. and I dont know if you've popped some of the pieces off and looked behind it or not
but it doesnt look like an easy DIY to me

there are threads on it
but I think you have to take everything out and scrub the living daylights out of it
then use some adhesive paint of some kind. it would take forever to do it properly
my only problem with the idea is that you cant really do the door panels.. gonna have to figure that part out later
search it.
