Takes a strong individual to admit a mistake, we all make them. Glad you got it figured out. They look sharp. I dont have any personal experience running these flairs, I just wanted to add that I met a guy this weekend running them and they look a lot better and stouter than the bushwackers. Unfortunately I did'nt get to see them put to the test as I met him as he was arriving and I was heading home.

I was wondering myself the purpose of the two piece rear. Glad you got it correct. What does mounting it to the door do for ya? Allow you to trim more fender for greater clearance?

Yes, essentially. The rear opening is much bigger after moving to the door. Looks way better too.
