installed LED's now have a fast blinker
i installed LED tail lights today with metal tail light boxes that i made. i wired it so the top it the brake light and top and bottom are tail lights and the bottom is blinker. its a fast blinker at the rear and the front as well as the light on the dash. and suggestions?

No surprise - conventional "thermal" flashers depend on a certain current flow to maintain flash rate. Lose a bulb, you flow less current and the remaining bulb on that side flashes faster.
When you installed LEDs, you lowered the current requirement of the circuit (two LEDs require less current than one incandescent bulb,) and the flash rate went up accordingly.
Solution? Either add a "ballast" resistance to the circuit (trial-and-error - I didn't bother with this approach, so I don't have a value for you) or just get an "electronic" flasher with an internal timing circuit to maintain constant flash rate irrespective of current switched. I used Tridon EL12 units when I changed mine out (I did it because I tow, and the increased current made the lamps flash more slowly. Adding the 50W turn indicator lamps didn't help any at all, either.)

When I did the 4" flushmount LED taillight conversion to my TJ, I used an LED compatible relay from this site.....
