Well with your current plan, you'd be sitting higher than 9'', since the (fresh) 35s will add to the height as well. And once you go past a certain height, you're a lot more vulnerable to rolling. Especially if you plan on rock crawling. Mudding you'd probably get by, although come close to feeling like you'll tip. It's all about Center Of Gravity. You're sitting at about 10'' of lift. Think of how high your engine is sitting. Not to mention it's expensive to do what you're planning. You'll have to regear or swap axles, upgrade your steering completely, possibly look into a new gear box, although you'll have to research that one, then as you mentioned already, new driveshaft, SYE, lines, etc.
I don't think you'll be crawling for very long sitting at 9'', not to mention the additional height gain of the 35s. And you'll essentially have to go to long arms at that point, which should hopefully be in your lift kit, so that'll help the ride quality. However the lift blocks will not..

If that is what you want nothing. But practically you have a high center of gravity, so you are going to be at a much higher risk of rolling, especially if you are rock crawling. Guys have done it though. Try searching around the forum for builds with 8"+ those guys love their lifts and as far as I know have no problems. But with that much lift you HAVE to do everything right. You can't do something halfway or save it for later. The guys who are successful with that much lift don't rush things, they make sure everything is perfect and done right because they know the risk.

That's more practical. Although to my knowledge the largest shackle is about 3''. I'm at 7'' with 6.5'' coils with a 1.75 spacer and 3.5'' leafs with shackles and a relocation kit to even me out. It's a nice height for driving around in, looks great, nice on the trails as well.
9 inch lift is way to high. anywhere from 4.5 - 6.5 is fine for 35's 6.5 is good if you don't want to cut fenders but then you need long arms. you can get away with short arms on a 4.5 inch lift. 4:10s aren't the best gearing, but its better then stock so if you find the gears cheap go for it. 4:56 is what is recommended though

I hope your off road park has flat ground and a lot of mud holes and creeks to play in cause that's about all its going to be good for....
you should edit your list and be a little more practical, for one, at 16 you probably wont be able to get insurance if they see this thing, let alone get new insurance once you go over a curb at the mall at the wrong angle and roll it....
seriously what I've pictured in my mind from your description is a mall crawler with 35's and 9"+ lift.....
not practical at all for off-road use being your first vehicle...
