How easy is it to replace? Can I get it re keyed?

It can be easy if you have the tools to do it. The lock plate has to come off along with the turn signal switch. The retaining screw is under the turn signal switch. Pull it out and the lock cylinder comes out.

Where can I get a lock cylinder? Have any idea how much they cost?

$10-15.00 with keys.
