So, hope all you east coasters are doing alright out there. Looks like the flooding is getting pretty bad in some areas.

Sandy is being a &!+@#, just sayin lol. Water is up about 2-3' already in my area and high tide isn't till 8:00 iirc, by then also the winds will have switched directions and will have started to push water from the Chesapeke Bay up the creeks. Looks like a bad night for most of the Eastern Shore or Delmarva for all you mainlanders lol.

So far there hasn't been quite as much wind as Irene last year, but definitely more rain and its moving WAY slower over us.

Here's a pic of a rastaurant about a mile away from my house, was taken a couple hrs ago so water is higher now and will keep rising for a while past high tide at 8:08 due to the wind direction. Restaurant is at the Onancock Harbor on Onancock Creek.

It's not bad at all if you're not on the coastline.

People here freaked since Friday, stores have been sold out of bread, water, ect and all we got was a little rain and light wind no worse than any other rainy day.

Is that a hand or a dog's head? I can't tell.

And x2 on being safe. Don't go playing around too much and hydrolock yourselves

I'm keeping an eye on the tree my XJ's parked under.

Just lost power and all hell is breaking loose with this wind. Trees and branches going down all around. Hopefully none land on the xj. Stay safe everyone
