how would you fix this body damage..got hit

Im at work right now will post a pic asap but i got in an accident a few weeks ago with my xj. My drivers door took most the impact but my rocker is all tore up along with the piece directly above it were there is black plastic (were you step to get in) is bent up slightly. you don't need the little step plastic piece anyways no use for them just bed line the rocker and to replace the rocker you can get a new rocker or get some square tubing to replace it
