Prove the worth of your Cherokee. Demonstrate it's value and capabilities after this so-called "blizzard of '13" by helping all of the less fortunate and less capable. Show them how irreplaceable your American made, light weight, solid axled four wheel drive really is during times of need. Get through the crap with ease. Remember to drive carefully and be courteous - lead by example - be a good Sam. Give them a jump and/or pull them out of their stuck spot for no other reason but to show all the nay-sayers that it's not always about fuel sipping all wheel drive soccer mom grocery getting mall crawlers. That real capability comes in the form of well-proven design - show them that Cherokees rule!

 

UPDATE: It's kind-of difficult getting out on the roads to be a good Sam due to the driving ban. If caught on the roads then drivers will be faced with up to one year in prison and a $500 dollar fine. The XJ will sit this one out until the driving ban is lifted.

Im in NYC right now on business and wish to the heavens I had my XJ.

Im flying out today (6pm) and as of right now my flight out of LGA is on time!

 

I'm from NYC bout to go out in a little while and see how bad it is. Last night was pretty fun though

 

lol theres a driving ban??? why cant this storm hit UTAH!!! lol thats funny though, 3 feet of snow on the road in utah is just a normal storm, and over on the east coast they ban driving hahaha Pussies

 

I have yet to see a driving ban here at home.

I wish this storm moved down south some like West Virginia....three feet would be awesome! I pull people out of the situations they get in with the little snow that we get):

 

We got over 2 feet here in Baltimore a few years back and I learned a valuable lesson. Even if you have an XJ, if your tires are balding, you ain't going no where!

 

i drove my damn near bald bfg at's thru 2 and a half foot+ of deep snow with no problem in 4x4,2x4 i didnt do so well though.
