how steep before flipping?

There's a small yet somewhat steep hill in our yard that I for some reason want to drive up. I need to change a head gasket, or I would have already driven up it. My wife thinks I'm nuts and that its too steep and that the jeep will flip over backwards.
How steep of a hill can a stock zj climb safely without risk of doing an end over

You should be able to get air off from those.
