How should I remove this broken bolt?

Default How should I remove this broken bolt?

Taking the power steering bracket out I snapped this bolt. I tried hitting it with a torch and vice grips and no luck.

Going to cut the damaged portion and put 2 nuts on it and try to get it out that way.

Never Mind I got it out. Forgot I had a stud remover. Took it out like butter. So please disregard lol.

I hate those mini heart attacks after breaking bolts! I broke all the bolts that hold the rear bumper on!gunna be a dang blasty pulling those!
