The 99+ intake coupled with a good quality exhaust header (not an exhaust manifold) can provide a noticable improvement in horse power and torque.
Screaming fast 1/4 mile times? No, not really.
Well your "Butt-dyno notice the difference? Sure will!
Add a CAI for better air flow into the engine and the motor will luv ya even more.
Keep in mind that when crawling along at low speeds you won't notice the difference as much. cruising around town or on the freeway you definitely will.
I don't recognize the exhaust in the pic, so I can't help you there.

lol gotcha...wasnt sure, lol...well thats the intake im putting on, in the pic(the cowl intake)...
is there anyway to see the diff between the 99+intake and say a 95 or a 98?
i got a 98 sitting in the driveway, and a pare intake that was given to me...but to my recolection they all look the same.
and what about throttlebodys? are the spacers worth it or should i just go for an aftermarket TB? and which one if so?

Spacers are junk. And won't work with that intake. I have one of those btw.
There was a noticeable difference in MPG highway, it added power but more so in the top end. Its kinda loud but I've grown to like it. There's a more noticeable difference when driving at night. I figured because the pavement is cooler and this the air that cai gets is cooler.
And for TBs look into boring yours out or getting one that is bored. Spacers do nothing. Had one on my 91. Waste of money.

Here it is

Are you just putting on headers? Or are you doing the rest? I'd suggest stock piling for the rest of the exhaust and that 99+ intake. Do it all at once and throw in some 784s it'll be a whole new beast.
