I don't know how much an actual shop would charge you to do it but I would hate to know. There are quite a few rigs on here like that that people have done there self. If you have the tools and some fab skills you could easily do it yourself. The easy part would be cutting it. Than re enforcing the body and blending in the cuts with rest of the body and fabing the hatch to it to close the rear is wherm it would be tricky and fab and welding knowledge would come in.

I personally don't care for the 4 doors to be cut. I think the two doors look much better. But to each his own.

I would not want to know how it would cost to get that done at a shop.

My 98 has a metal hatch. Don't you need to do alot of reenforcing the body to do this mod?

Cant you just tube it and make a cage in the rear to reinforce it?

It really depends on how clean you want it to look. Mine is chopped and open.... mostly cause it is a trail rig only and stay in a building. If I was going to do one for a paying customer.. he would be 1500-2k starting price depending on how clean and what he wanted done in the back.

I know it sounds high.. but to do it right you will have 40+ hrs in it, especially if you actually blend and paint it.
