RX8's will do 150 mph in oem form. Around 130 they start to get a little front end lift, but settle back down at 140.
I do know a little bit about them.

The general anti-aerodynamic awesomeness that is the front of your cherokee should be a good indicator that shes not meant to go fast! The straight 6 was intended for lower end torque, not speed. That's usually how I explain my jeeps top speed to friends when asked... Love it for the slow beast that it is!

 

Put a big ol aluminum wing on it, one of those Coffee Can Mufflers and some neon underbody lighting, seems to work for all the crapped out Hondas in my are, Oh and don't forget to put your baseball cap on sideways that adds like 50 hp!
