To find your cherokee? I have been looking for about 8 solid months and have yet to find one in good condition that people arent asking a rediculous amount for. Took me around 10 months till I found the right one for me just keep looking. Personally I stay away from dealers they jack the prices way up.

 

2 days! I really was amazed after I sold my truck and started looking on CL I found this limited in perfect shape mechanically and cosmetically for $1,800!! Bought it then same day..

 

Start looking at older models

 

When my 91 got wrecked, I found my 99 the same night on CL got her to hold it for me until I got the settlement straightened out. I got lucky. $1300 , 4.0, auto 231, sport with a sunroof. Interior is nice. Everything worked had 194k on it though. It'll last.

Sold the green one for twice the price of the black one...1st pic of the black one was the day i brought it home, 2nd is today (2 months later). I only looked for about 3 days before I found it.

Here in TX I couldn't find a XJ under 4k$ that wasn't abused.
