It's not that bad really, you will go through about 5 cut off blades for an angle grinder. Then just smooth it out. Put the bolt through the bracket and arm and tac it on where you think is best. Leave it and do the same to the other side. If it all looks good than drop the arms and burn them in. Just take your time though. You don't want to hear your fluid boil. It's a good idea to change it afterwards anyway
