Not a big deal, but does anyone else have stalling problems when the car sits out in the sun? My Cherokee starts but stalls if I leave it out in a lot in the sun in South Florida. Really hot here, I know; but I'd love to end the problem if there is a solution. My guess is that hoses expand, but that's just me.

Basically, if I leave it in a lot in the sun all day, it will start but stall as I move it into gear. Then it will start fine and run. Ideas?

 

I'm from Florida too and no problems with mine that sits in the sun all day. Sounds like an issue with your Jeep.

 

S. FL myself and never had that problem. Sounds like heatsoak in the fuel system (injectors or sensors) one might be going bad. Remember tempature changes the resistance of a sensor.
