personally, i like the SRT8. not a big fan of that mesh grill stuff, though.

also, guys, let's not forget that there is also the Jeep Speed races with guys who have the 2WD XJs and run them on a tarmac. those races are actually pretty crazy!

also, let's not forget that there was a Stroh's Beer sponsored MJ that raced in the SCCA in 1988.


this proves that Jeeps are capable vehicles, no matter what you do to it. the styling on the new ones may be going away from the off road scene, but still can be tweaked to do whatever we desire with.

yea its terrible- from what im reading it comming, i guess take care of what we got cause we are not getting anything like what was

 

i really only see the Panda as an updated version of a grocery getter and soccer mom mobile. i mean, it's not a bad vehicle, but there is no way a car platformed vehicle like that could handle off road abuse.

i could see that though being a huge hit in Japan: they looooove modifying minivans as well:
