I got the Gen-Right louvers... They work great as I can see heat pour out of them. The only problem I had was one of them leaks right on the distributor. Some silicone on the cap and di-electric on everything else did the trick.

Dimensions: 7-3/4" long x 8" wide. They rivet on.

The opening for these is about 4 1/2 by 6 but they are the smallest there were two bigger sizes autozone had

I had thought about something like this. But isn't the fresh air intake for the cabin inside the cowl? I may be out of my mind on this.
