Default homemade waterproofing for seats?

whats going on everyone? been doorless for a lil while now yet to bedline, was just wondering if anyone here was made somekind of waterproof seat cover or something along those lines. dont have the money for the waterproof seatcover

Garbage bag cut to fit. No joke. It's what Humvees come with from the factory.

It's not homemade but there is thing called NeverWet. It's pretty popular among the Ranger guys. I'll link the youtube video you should watch it, it's legit

That stuff is amazing, all clothes should come with a coat of that, it would put raincoat companies out of business, but how would you wash the clothes if their hydrophobic?
