Correct. its like two bulbs in one

Well, isn't the name for both hi/lo in the same bulb bi-xenon? In my state you need a hi/lo so I need to get the right ones.

everyone needs a high and low beam headlight.

And to the OP I've never seen those before. It looks like someone took a cheap hid bulb and glued a night-light on the side, but back to your question. Pull your DRL relay. That is what will be making that noise. It is under your steering wheel, like a square plug, but it is screwed in so you might need to take off the plastic and sheet metal there to get at it. Its not a hard fix

I dont know what youre talking about... Yes, I read the first post of this thread... It doesnt answer my question about if unplugging the relay will affect anything else. Anyway, yes I bought projector housings from that website

the reason I asked that was because those are not projectors and this is what the original post was asking. those are just housings with what looks to be a magnifying Lens in the middle. they are just scattering the light like crazy

im confused i have a 98 cherokee sport i just got today the headlight is sealed no bulb to remove ?? idk what to do lol (noob question)

im confused my headlight housing is all glass with the bulb sealed inside i cant remove it ... if the light burns out i have to buy a new headlight housing ( what it looks like)

First off, this doesnt make sense to me. Second, XJ's have sealed headlights, meaning you must change the whole housing if a bulb dies. was that your question?

i plan on buying... http://www.blindinghid.com/b2.php?bulb=H4 with 50 watt primium ballast and having http://www.norcalmr2.com/store/ to pu them in. is this possible? and will i need a new wire harness to handle this?

ok, this not possible. norcalmr2 just sells their HID setups, not installs them. and with this idea you have, your spending more money. if you want HIDs, just buy Norcalmr2's pegasus projector housings with the 6000k HID bulbs and ballasts for $200. If you want more info on them, PM me and I can answer any questions you have and even talk to Tom, the owner, about gettin you a setup.
