Come on yall. Really need to get past the 2WD thing. He wants a Grand Cherokee, and a 2wd one at that. Its prolly time to let it go. Just sayin'. OP, congrats on the new ride. Im sure youll enjoy it for the intended purpose.

resale on non 4x4's is a pain and it really decreases value, I'd hold out.

EDIT: sorry i didnt see your updated post. compared the other SUV's on the road, ive always thought jeep tends to make vehicles that are a step up over other company's comparable base models. (might explain the higher price too lol) If you want it, get it man.
