help me spend my money on a skid!

so i want to buy a transfer case skid off of 4wd.com since they have their sale going on until 12 midnight so i need help fast!
i have two options for the tcase skid one is built by warn and the other by skid row. let me know what you all think! thank you

i would go with the warn personally not only are they a more well known brand but its a little cheaper and id think they placed the 1/8 in in appropriate places to where its strong enough and the 3/8 is certainly strong enough for almost any impact.
