Default Help me!!

So I posted in OEM tech issues and only 3 people have responded out of 128 views, maybe I'll have better luck here. Basically what's going on is every once in a while my Jeep starts to idle really rough when I stop, but here's the kicker, when I'm driving it completely robs me of power. I literally floored it and it crawled to 30 mph and then rocketed after that. I just replaced all my vacuum lines and it's still doing it. I have no codes right now either. I posted a video of how it sounds when it runs rough. You can hear it best at 26 seconds. Please help!! I really don't want to take it to the dealership.

How would I check the fuel pressure? I was thinking about pulling my spark plugs tomorrow and checking those out, also checking out my coil since it will be off too. It sounds like a misfire...thing is it doesn't do it all the time.

On another note you should check out 3rd Coast Jeepers on Facebook. We have some members up there in DFW area.

Thanks! I'm sure I have a gauge at work somewhere, I'll have to try that tomorrow.

I haven't really looked at it. I've dropped a gas tank on my buddies 1990 Chevy pick up and that wasn't that hard. I'm just being lazy.
