I'm trying to figure out a good price. Its a 1996 Cherokee SE. The body has 195xxx mile BUT the motor was replace with a reman before i bought it. It has roughly 20k on it and the trans has been replaced too, but idk when. It is a 2wd and the clear is peeling and few dents on the outside. The interior is in pretty good shape other than some stains and the door handles are breaking off. I've replace the rad thermo and hoses. Fixed the a/c, its ice cold. Brakes all the way around and Brand new Goodyear wrangler 235-75-r15. Ill post some pics if someone tells me how. Thanks for the help

Why sell it? Sounds like it's in good running order! Minus some minor structural damage... but it's an XJ so of course it'll have that.
But if you're set on selling it, with that amount of miles and some structural damage, I'd be surprised if you saw over $2,000 on it unless you have receipts for the motor and transmission

I do have the receipts, on the motor. Im needing a bigger car and i found a 99 gc limited 4x4 v8 for 4700 thats ccclllllleeeeeaaaannn!! It has 133xxx.
If i cant get over 1800 im gonna go ahead and convert it to 4x4 and use it as a trail rig.

With it being 2wd over 18 is wishful with the condition you described. ESP with the paint. I'd keep it and make it a trail rig. And get that jgc

might want to do some research on the 4.7. here at the shop we repair alot of them. seems to be a hit or miss for some but when I left the shop last night we had 4 in for repairs.......
Well bought another xj for 75 bucks so the 4x4 will begin. Now I gotta start a build thread.
