put some more bolts through your bumper to bracket as its suppose to have adn tow... don't be shy, they wouldn't sell it if were as risky as people make it out to be.. Its a bumper pull use it and be done with it.... I've pulled an old honda accord from riverside, ca to bullhead city, az on a tandem axle heavy duty car trailer with an '88 comanche at 75mph most the way.. (back when i was young and dumb)...

that wj will pull it like it wasnt even there, do no more then 60 if you feel uncomforable...... I pull over 10,000lbs with a 3/4ton on a bumper pull..........
