If I put spacers in the front and blocks in the back will It raise my jeep any?

You only do that when you want to lower your vehicle.

This is a joke right? If not then sure, it will raise your vehicle. But be careful you put it on right. If they go in upside down then it will lower your vehicle. Lol

I will say yes and no. Yes because the spacers will but no because the blocks will break and the rear end will fall to the ground.
