I sit flat on the ground on my butt facing the wheel. Stand the wheel up in close position but just needs to be picked up.
I put one leg on either side of the tire and slide my legs together and hold the tire between my calfs just below the knee. You use your legs to life ALL the weight. No strain on your back at all.

Hey everyone, I just wanted to say thanks to eveyone who took the time to take the survey. We are up to 50 responses, and the goal is 70, so for those who haven't done it, if you have literally a minute, it would really help if you could fill out the survey real quick.
