rapid city is colder than you know what today and will be colder through saturday -20 wind chill tonight they say. the big question is how can i make my heater better?? it gets ok after a while but still freezing!! Any advice will be helpful

 

need more info. does the blower work properly? just not getting warm enough?

 

it blows perfectly just very little to no heat

 

same goes for my wifes 97 tj.

 

you need to flush the heater core. quite simple procedure. but it pays to go ahead and do the waterpump and thermostat while you're at it. because you're gonna have to drain most of the coolant anyway. and if it has never been done before, it's a cheap security to change the hoses too.
