so ive been reading all the headliner threads i can find and now its down to picking my material. i am almost certain that i wanna do it in an urban camo but am not sure what type of material to get. how will my results turn out if i don't get material with the foam backing? and what is the difference between these two?

i know one is cotton and one is pvc backed but i'm not sure of the difference. any help would be appreciated!!

 

If u go with a different material then headliner material just get some 1/4" foam and glue that down first. That will help hide any imperfections in the headliner itself
