Default Hatch glass fell out of 88??

My rear glass on the hatch popped out of my 88. It didn't shatter luckily so how do I mount it back up?

Stick it back up and pry the molding around the hatch if your molding is still good

Typically, you lay a string in the channel, set a corner of the glass in the seal and pull the string but since the glass just "fell out", that seems kind of pointless, right? Won't it just fall out again?

You could just run some black RTV inside the seal to act as an adhesive. Did this on a buddy's 91 and it worked like a charm.
