Alright.
That doesn't change the fact that something was wrong. Things fan be wrong from the factory.
They don't all crab walk. And thats a sign that something is wrong, for example the trac bar was probably not tight or something.
Thats like saying all XJs suck cuz yours death wobbled once. Well, we all know that within factory spec they all track straight. Just like your Wrangler you got rid of.
I'm not picking a fight, I'm just pointing out fact, bause.

If you have the money and can afford it I'd get an LJ. Its got a longer wheelbase like your XJ so it'll ride even better plus I believe most if not all have a Dana 44 rear. Plus some more cargo space space, better stability etc. If I ever get a wrongler it will be a LJ

Year: My Jeep is a GMC
Purely my opinion but at least in the rust belt used 10+ year old Wranglers are just plain dangerous. The frames were made from little more than pot metal, and after a winter or two, resemble swiss cheese. The owners of said swiss cheese Wranglers still expect to get north of $8,000 for it too.
It must be a Jeep thing when you're driving it down the road and a hit a bump and the whole vehicle simply crumbles beneath you.

The newest XJ is still 10+ years old...

My Xj is rust free , But my 24 year old YJ is Completely rust free. In exception to a small hole on the p/a front fender. And I live in Utah where roads are heavily salted
