I am driving along on a trail and im almost done and it is almost dark and i look back and notice my back window gone. I go back at 6am the same trail and find it.

my back window popped out one time when my friend forced it shut when there was a huge box with a TV in the back

That happened to a buddy of mine last year. Just going down a trail and BOOM it just came out and shattered. Don't know if it shattered and came out or vice-versa.

Everyone seems to have an explanation on how theirs came out......I here from the guys on my forum its a design flaw in the cherokee which it clearly is my window litterally fell out.

Not a design flaw, it worked exactly as designed. You twisted the body, and instead of shattering and spraying glass all over the inside of the rig, the glass popped out. Your rig was not designed for the type of wheeling most of us do. They require lots of modification to make them truly off-road capable. They are designed to be more capable that most other SUV's, out there, but they are still a street vehickle. That's why serious wheelers, cage and reinforce thier rigs, and remove the glass.

Thats quite interesting. Didnt know that kind of thing was a safety feature.
