The wife drifted off the side of the road into a drainage ditch and bounced off a tree. The right front wheel was ripped off the axle knuckle and all. The right side axle tube is bent 90 degrees and is now under the transmission. She's lucky she walked away with bumps and bruises.

Looks like one of those recovery gone wrong YouTube vids where someone yanks the front axle out from under it.
