The headlight harness should be upgraded, bad eyes or not.

The factory design was not good. The burning of headlight switches shows it.

Yep. Cheap insurance compared to what could be a major catastrophe.

Yep. And the harness is easier to put in than the headlight switch!!

Harness upgrade with 90/100w bulbs next to my dads expedition. Huge difference. With autopals btw. Camera makes it look blinding, it's not bad at all in person.

Question...how will I know if the housings are for LHT or RHT? I already have a putco harness installed and I was looking at the set of Hella e-codes on rallylights but it don't see anywhere where it specifies which direction of traffic they are for. Also, with he wiring harness, do I need to splice in a fuse holder between the batter and the relays? I've seen that mentioned on a post or video somewhere else but cant find it again to go back to.

I have a set of rs type h4 conversion and I like the light pattern semi black housings glass lense and halos from ebay for $38 shipped. Got philps hid simulated bulbs. Im going to upgrade my harness soon with 5000k halogen bulbs 90/100w
