hey ya'll i'm missing 1 of my gutter trim does anyone know how to take them off and on i could really use some help thanks ya'll

 

there are 4 clips and some sticky foamy stuff they used. I believe you start from the bottom and twist it and up to remove it..try starting at teh back,,there is less holding it on in the back.or just have a tree peel it off like happened to my passenger side lol
