Not bad. But I m wondering why the motor was rebuilt only at 144k miles. Those 4.0's usually last well beyond 250-300k miles

Thanks, XJwonders! Had that in the back of my mind also. Plus I just noticed it has no inspection sticker on it. Why do "all that", yet not
get it inspected. Between your response and that, I'm not gonna make the 2 hour drive to look at it. Thanks a mill, bud!

As a daily driver i would look for something easy on gas.

Honestly my stock Cherokee does very well on gas. I spend 1hr a day driving to and from work (30 min each way) and I can go around 2 weeks on a full tank. I was getting almost similar results with my Saturn 4 cylinder, even though it was 15gal tank. The Different is not that much. I rather waste a few bucks of gas in a month driving an SUV over a small car any day.

But a newer small car would be easier on gas and safer in a wreck then the jeep tho.
