If it runs? Hell yes. Check for rust and unibody damage! Also take it for a good test drive and make sure the transfer case works, no death wobble (even moderate death wobble for the price is worth it) and look over the lift components. It looks pretty clean and looks like something you may need to jump on if everything is at least easily repairable.

He dropped it to 1800 just oil leaks, and a bad o2 sensor

Depends where the oil is leaking and a o2 is easy to replace just a little pricey.

Yes the valve cover is a common leak but also are the rear main seals
