Go big or go quick?
I have told myself that I am going to do my third Cherokee right and not waste my time with anything until I'm ready to go 5.5 long arms and 35-38's. Only problem is that if I want to do so It's going to take me quiet a while to get all the funds up to do it correctly or completely. So I have thought about just running the lift drive shafts ect and then doin tires and gears/lockers a little later. As many of you all know how it is I've got the itch and need some new projects. Any thoughts or suggestions? I am currently at 2" on 31's 35 in the front and 8.25 LSD in the rear.

35 front huh? sweet. I just built mine all at once. from stock to lift, SYE, 33's, 4.56's, 8.8 rear, lockers, etc. took about 5 months with money and finding deals on parts. couldn't be happier
first I'd learn more about your current jeep before trying to build it to handle 35's. chry 8.25 wasn't even around till 91. and by your details you've got an 88..

just has 2 levers instead of a steering wheel... like a Bobcat! Heck ya!
on a more serious note, a lot of people have done a 4.5" lift and ran 31's... It's all up to you

So you definitely don't have a Dana 35 front,.lol
If you have the stock axle that came in your 88 you don't have an 8.25. if its stock you most likely have a 35 rear, possible 44)
