General Lee Cherokee?
So, my XJ was white when i bought it, so i painted it hunter green. I was thinking about painting it the same as the General Lee, but my wife say's that would look stupid. What do ya'll think?

i really really considered that but since i get to see the forest camo humvees everyday on the way home from work, i decided to go that way. we had the olive drab when i was at fort benning and the flat sand color but seeing the forest scheme everday makes me like it more and more

i dunno... I agree in one sense, as I think Jeeps should be earthy colored, but I really like the way an XJ looks in orange. 1989Cherokee's rig looks really great IMO.
Mine is white now, but if you asked me right now if I wanted to change it, I think I might say that color orange. Just looks real clean I feel.
I say if youre into the orange then do it. I personally wouldn't go as far as doing the flag and all though... but if you want it all then do it. Camo would be sweet i guess, but I like the sheen of the paint to show, and not just have a flat color.
