Are you running a Logans Metal Front Bumper? That's the same Bumper I have But I had them Custom make my stinger when I ordered my Bumper.

Mine was custom made. That looks really nice! I don't know if I'd be able to manage that in the city. Should I make my own? What would the best material be?

Just look at some other companies that already sell stingers on there bumpers and read in the descriptions of what DOM tubing they use size and thickness wise.

Smittybilt XRC wrangler bumper. With that and the round head lights mine is slowly becoming a wrangler

Quick question on mounting this. Would it be best to cut it to where it lays flat on the top of my bumper, and weld it? Or should I cut two holes where I want to mount it, stick it in a little, and secure/weld it that method?

Easy enough! I'll end up doing it friday, or saturday at the latest. Love how the stinger looks, too. Beefier than I expected!
