Here it is!

I don't think I'll get in trouble for obstruction of view.

I feel it's a bit too high, but I had to be careful since I didn't want it sticking out too far. Since I drive throughout the city on a daily basis. I also touched up the whole front bumper after painting the stinger black. Looks a lot better, IMO.

Quick painting question. I painted the stinger with some black grill type paint, and it looked sweet, but after a few washes it's coming off. Can I sand it down, spray some primer, then spray some bed liner on it and be ok?

So I've been contemplating on adjusting the angle of my stinger.. I feel like it's a bit high. Here are some recent shots that I've been looking at. Thoughts?

I chose the current angle because I live and drive in the city, and I wanted to be sure that it wouldn't be a hassle (even though I've rear ended someone and it shattered their back window lol, although it was raining and MTs don't get the best traction), but anyway, I think I'll just push it out more and deal with it. I don't feel like it'll help that much if I were to tip over nose first. I'm also considered reinforcing it either in the front, or maybe on the sides and have it go in front of the headlights. Would that be useful, or just for looks?
Cheers

So this is what I'm thinking of doing. I'm leaning more towards the red design, opposed to the orange. Would I be gaining anything useful from this, or just cosmetic?

Or what about something like this? (Green lines): https://i.imgur.com/98GFb.jpg

That actually looks a lot better! So I'm pretty much keeping the stinger at the same width, but just doing a different style of support. I like that a lot! I'm still deciding on if I need to change the angle. I feel like how it is now wouldn't help much if I tipped.
Thanks!

So after talking to a friend, he thinks my angle is fine, but that my stinger should be mounted differently. He's saying to cut it and mount it to the right of the shackle:

Then reinforcing it with gussets. I was thinking of adding a spider web like gusset attaching to the top of the bumper. Think this would be a wise choice to relocate it?
