Front Speaker placement(doorless)
Just wanted to get opinions on how some locations sound on quality and such, I know about a second sound bar placed upfront but I'm a tall dude and that just won't work lol I know about the kicker panel area but I have 5x7/6x8 speakers so its a little hard to fit those in. My only other idea I could think of was under the front seats which they surprisingly have good room but haven't a clue how that would sound? Anyone have an idea how good that would be or a truck to get my size speaker to fit where the kicker panel is? Open to other suggestion if there is others that i can't think of lol

I was thinking there but then I realized behind it was metal then I couldn't figure out if there was anything behind that lol
Did you have any troubles cutting there? Like wires or support stuff, or is it mostly open space?

I used a 4" hole saw and it worked very well. Drill a pilot hole where you want the speaker then take out the plastic and the metal sheild and use said hole saw. Same with the glove box, no wires to worry about either.

what kind of housing? thats something I've realized on this quest to relocate, many talk about putting the speakers in the kick panel area but never really go in depth as to what they are doing to protect the speaker. do most just mount a speaker as bare and use mounting brackets or do they build a enclosure then mount?

On my 92, there's two vent/speaker looking panels on the lower part of my dash. I haven't looked much into it, but were there speakers there, or can I put 5.25 speakers behind there?
