No, it won't CAUSE it. But a nice one can help it. Certainly helped with my XJ.

like I said a few posts ago... it isn't really helping the problem, it's just covering it up so you don't notice it for a little while. The worn parts causing the problem are still worn, and are not going to be any less warn because of a steering stabilizer. Eventually those parts are going to fail completely.
