you may want to get new tie end rods possibly ball joints and get an alignment

Steering stabilizer could help the shaking. Not sure about the noise..

Give it a proper shake down to find the issue. Don't just start throwing parts at it

X2. And a steering stabilizer will not CAUSE a vibration.

My DW (Death Wobble) came from a loose/bad track/stabilizer bar.
Now I just need to replace bushings so it will quit wondering the road a little.

He's talking about the steering stabilizer.

A loose track bar will definetly cause vibrations

The jeep wandering could be caused from the toe being to far adjusted out.

A bad track bar, bad tie rod end, bad ball joint, bad wheel bearing, bent rim, misbalanced tires, etc... will all cause death wobble. A bad steering stabilizer will NOT cause it. If you put a steering stabilizer it may cover up the problem temporarily, but the problem is still there... It's best to not put a new steering stabilizer on until the problem causing the wobble is fixed. Honestly, you don't even need a stabilizer at all, if the rest of your parts are good.
